All the work we do is held together by a common thread – that of maximising the effectiveness and enjoyment of working relationships in order to affect a positive change. A fundamental premise of Leap is that structural, technical, quality or financial problems you might be experiencing, usually have at their source, relationship issues that require attention. Every intervention facilitated by Leap has been designed with the specific intention of improving working relationships. We view enjoyment as a desirable component of high performing human systems – a belief that is reflected in our facilitation style.
BOLDNESS
We believe that inventiveness and the courage to go into unchartered territories are exciting and fulfilling ways to achieve personal and financial growth . The Leap heritage is from professional sports - we prefer to work with clients who also have at their heart a progressive, inventive and entrepreneurial streak running through them. We define decency as treating our clients as we expect to be treated ourselves, being equitable and fair in all that we do and holding ourselves accountable for our impact. We are honest, open and ethical in all that we do. This means we use evidence based solutions, rigorously evaluate our work, never take our clients for granted, and will push back when we feel it’s the right thing to do for our clients. You will also see decency throughout our interventions – we prioritise the disclosure of feelings during our workshops as one of the principal mechanisms for creating change. We are strong on challenging the behaviours of others, without undermining the person behind the behaviours. The means our solutions have at their core the building of self esteem in others.
EFFICIENCY
Regardless of the psychological richness, complexity and intracy underpinning our solutions - we believe they only work in practice if they are simple to understand, simple to implement and simple to measure.
