Leap delivers be-spoke programmes for leadership teams and taylor made one-one coaching programmes. We used to deliver these as stand alone programmes - but we now prefer to make the development of emotional literacy and transformational leadership an essential ingredient for driving successful culture change - particularly for middle management populations.

Transformational Leadership is now firmly estabilshed as the 'benchmark' leadership model for enterprises throughout the UK. George has been working with the original transformational leadership 360 tool - the MLQ since 1997 and is the only UK consultant listed on the original provider's website (MindGarden).  Our expertise in transformational leadership goes back to 1997 when George conducted a research project in the financial services industry as part of his MSc in Occupational Psychology - the dissertation was awarded a Distinction and the findings were presented at conferences in both the UK and US. Since then, Leap has been at the forefront of transformational leadership development in the UK, delivering experiential training and 360 feedback to over 700 managers in groups of small teams and as part of 1:1 coaching programmes across a wide range of organisations and industries.

We believe that providing a little understanding of the physiological nature of emotions enables the more skeptical managers to believe in and adopt the principles of emotional intelligence.  We specialise in developing self awareness, empathy and other niche soft skills that underpin the successful application of influencing skills, conflict resolution, change management, initiative, mental toughness and coaching. Our coaching framework, The A4 Coaching Model TM, integrates humanistic, behavioural and cognitive behavioural coaching techniques into a simple framework that is easy for any coach to follow – regardless of experience level.
