Leap was formed in 2005 by George Karseras, a Chartered Occupational and Sports Psychologist who left KPMG Consulting to build a business reflective of his skills and values.
In particular he wanted to build a change consultancy that was highly commercial, fun and purposeful but low on ego, corporate rhetoric and conformity.
